RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Patriot Illuminations & Displays to spotlight your stories. We hope you are happy with your spotlight. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

RETURNS

• PID wants to honor you by spotlighting your stories and ensuring no memory is left behind. If your spotlight purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 7 working days from the delivery date.  
• You have 14 days to return your item to us from the date you received it.  
• Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as wrong size, change of mind, etc.
• If the return is a result of our error or the product is defective, we will refund the cost of the product and shipping charges.

REFUNDS

• All returned items are thoroughly inspected. The product must be in new or unused condition. Boxed items can be opened, but all original product accessories must be included.
• Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
